Wedding Hire Charges

We are still able to accommodate your wedding in 2026 and are happy to take bookings for 2027 (at 2026 prices) as well with a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Wedding Reception Hire Charges for 2026 are as follows - please check available dates in the Calendar or contact Kelly King, our Weddings Co-ordinator at HXVH weddings 

The Main Hall is required for 2 days, running from 12 noon on the Friday through to 12 noon on Sunday to allow for setting up before, and clearing up after, the Wedding Reception.  Charges are as follows:

High season (June to September):                   £1,950

Mid season (April, May and October):              £1,695

Low season (November to March):                   £1,295
